If anybody from your group smokes, use terrace or balcony where You can find ashtray.
Internet
Internet name and password is displayed on information desk on QR code.
Check in and check out
On the arrival, all the guests are required to hand in their personal documents (passports and identity cards) to the host in order to be registered to the authorities. Personal documents or application confirmation will be given back within 24 hours.
During the stay, host is at disposal for all the necessary information and help.
If guests intend to be absent for two days or more, host needs to be informed in advance.
In case devices are malfunctioned and the equipment breaks down within the accommodation unit, inform the host immediately and the same will be fixed as soon as possible.
If the guests do not obey the house order rules, it can be considered as a severe breach of the rental contract provisions. In that case the owner is entitled to terminate the rental contract, which comes into force immediately, without the notice period, and the guest is obliged to leave the villa permanently within 2 (two) hours, and he is not entitled to demand the return of the paid accommodation price from the owner.
Usual check out is by 09:00 a.m. unless otherwise is arranged with a host, but if you would like to leave your luggage in villa send us message. Please, do not take away any villa items when leaving.
Key policy
You will be given 2 keys. One key is from the entrance door, the second key opens the house door in the garden.
We kindly ask you to turn off electrical appliances (except eventually one light), close the pipes, the windows and door, and lock the door when leaving the house.
It is not allowed to leave the pets inside the house.
Host is not allowed to enter the rented unit when guests are absent. There are exceptions in particular situations when it is necessary to enter the house in order to prevent possible damage or danger. Host is obliged to inform the guests about the former in their first contact. In case the host has grounded doubts that there has been done some damage and the house rules broken, guests are obliged to let him enter the rented unit in order to check.
Bedding
Your fresh bedding is already on the bed. The towels for each of you are in the bathroom. If more towels or new bedding are needed, please let us know. Extra pillows and duvets are also available – don’t hesitate to ask.
If you would like to use crib or children feeding chair just let us know ahead because we must prepare it.
Cleanliness
We would like our guests to feel like at home and treat it like their home. Please try to keep the Villa generally clean. It is desirable to leave the house as it was on the arrival. Detailed cleaning and tidying is done by the host every time new guests come.
Trash bin
Please recycle plastic, glass, paper, cardboard and other separable waste.
If bin is full, please empty it in the mix garbage bin in front of the house.
Recycle bins are also in front of the house (the blue one is for paper and cardboard and yellow one is for plastic).
If the mixed rubbish bin is full you should put it in front of the villa on Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday when the rubbish is taken away.
Please do not dispose of nappies, sanitary towels or cigarettes in the toilet.
Safety deposit box
Guest are kindly requested to take care of their possessions and valuable things left in the Villa because the host is not responsible for their eventual loss. In one bedroom You can find safety deposit box where Your valuables can be stored. The host will do everything that is in his power to protect and warn the guests about the possible danger.
Programming the user code:
A. Press the red button, then release it and the display on the panel will show ‘SET CodE’.
B. Now press from 3 to 8 numbers that you wish to use as a new user code, and confirm by pressing the button ‘START’. The display will show ‘IN’ and your inputting numbers. It means that the new user code is confirmed.
Noise and parties
It is forbidden to make loud noises from 22:00-07:00h (10p.m.-7a.m.) and during the afternoon brake 14:00-17:00h (2p.m.-5p.m.).
Events or parties cannot be organized. Guests are not allowed to make party in the house and/or around the property. In case that the guests disturb public order by making noise and do not calm down after the warning, it can be considered a severe breach of the rental contract provisions, in which case the owner is authorised to terminate the rental contract which comes into force immediately, without the notice period, and the guest is obliged to leave the villa permanently along with all people who stay there within 2 (two) hours, and he is not entitled to demand the return of the paid accommodation price form the owner.
Persons who are not registered are not allowed to spend a night in the house or stay during the whole day, neither use the inventory without the host’s permission.
It is not allowed to bring any weapon, flammable and explosive substances, things that have a strong and unpleasant smell.
It is not allowed to move the furniture within the unit or move the furniture from the interior to the exterior of the house (chairs from the kitchen to the terrace, equipment for preparation and consumption of food inside the house etc.)
We kindly ask the guests to take care of the greenery, the rented unit, furniture and equipment that are part of the interior and exterior of the house. We are extremely grateful for that.
Cooking and breakfast
Use any kitchenware that you find in the kitchen and feel free to search all the shelves in the kitchen to know where things are.
You are expected to wash all your dishes after yourself. In the cupboard above there is some tea and coffee, so feel free to have a pleasant drink.
Dishwasher
Tabs for dishwasher are under a sink in the kitchen. Unwrap them before use.
If you need help to turn on the dishwasher or find tables, please let us know and we will help You. (Please, don’t waste water with empty dishwasher.)
Air-conditioning
We kindly ask you for responsible use of the air-conditioning.
Please don’t leave the air-conditioning on while you are out. Lock the door when sleeping. This prevents unnecessary power consumption and is also environment friendly.
When you turn on the air-conditioner, please make sure that all the windows and doors are closed. Lock the door when Yoa are sleeping. It is recommended that the temperature at the air-conditioning unit is set to max. 7 degrees below the outdoor temperature in order to achieve the most effective functioning.

Laundry
Feel free to use washing machine during your stay.
Before starting, put the washing powder in the middle slot and the freshening in the left slot of the washing machine´s hopper.
To dry your clothes, hang them on the stand you find in the basement next to the washing machine. Iron can also be found in laundry room in the basement.
Security deposit and damage
The guest is obliged to leave a deposit in cash on the arrival to the villa for the insurance of possible caused damages. The deposit sum that the guest is obliged to give to the owner at the arrival will be stated in a written reservation confirmation. The deposit serves as a security to the owner for caused damages in the villa, and the owner is entitled to cover the damage from the deposit. In case that the caused damage is higher than the deposited sum, the guest is obliged to pay the total damage amount to the owner. If no damage is caused to the villa, the owner is obliged to return the deposited sum to the guest at the takeover of keys at the guest’s departure.
The guest is obliged to behave responsibly towards the rented villa with an appropriate observance.
The guest is obliged to return the villa in the condition in which he/she received it. For any caused damage the guest is liable directly to the owner and the owner is entitled to use a deposit to cover the sum of the actual damage. If the deposit sum does not cover the damage, the guest is obliged to pay the difference up to the total damage amount directly to the owner.
An intentional property damage or disturbance of public order is considered a severe breach of provisions of the Rental contract. In that case the owner is authorized to terminate the Rental contract which comes into force immediately, without the notice period, and the guest is obliged to permanently leave the villa within 2(two) hours along with all people who stay there, and he/she is not entitled to demand a return of the paid accommodation price from the owner. The guest is obliged to report the occurrence of any kind of damage at the villa or property around the villa during the rental period to the owner immediately.
At the guest’s departure and before the return of keys, the guest is obliged to examine the villa and the property around the villa with the owner. In case no damage is caused, the owner is obliged to return the deposit to the guest. An additional cleaning due to the especially bad condition in which the guest returned the villa to the owner could also be considered as damage and the owner is entitled to use a deposit to cover that damage.
Complaints
If the guest has a problem during the stay such as insufficient cleaning, damage or other irregularities, they must inform the villa owner so that the problem could be solved in time. Written complaints are delivered only to the email address: villabiograd@gmail.com
Balconies and terraces
⦁ Children should NEVER be left unsupervised on balconies.
⦁ Do not climb, stand or lean on the balcony edges/railings or balustrades.
⦁ Take extra care when balconies are furnished.
⦁ Please make sure to fold a parasol every evening, just like during the severe weather or the time you are not spending in the house.
Glass doors and windows
⦁ Be aware that glass doors are not always made with toughened glass.
⦁ Be careful with patio doors, in bright sunshine it may not be obvious whether the window/ door is open is closed.
Pool rules
⦁ Diving and jumping are not permitted.
⦁ Do not leave children unsupervised at the poolside.
⦁ Please familiarise yourself with the pools depths.
⦁ Don’t swim or allow children to swim if suffering from an upset stomach.
⦁ Pool surrounds can be very slippery. Do NOT run around them.
⦁ Do not swim under the influence of alcohol or take glasses out to the pool area.
⦁ If the villa has an infinity pool, please do not sit, lean or stand on the infinity edge.
⦁ Inflatables must not be used in an infinity pool.
Fitness rules
⦁ Use equipment at your own risk.
⦁ You are responsible for any injury you may suffer.
⦁ Use equipment properly and follow instructions.
⦁ Proper attire to be worn.
⦁ No food, smoking, alcoholic beverages or glass containers permitted.
⦁ No children under 18 permitted.
⦁ Report damages or dangerous equipment immediately.
Jacuzzi rules
⦁ No persons in the jacuzzi under the age of 14.
⦁ Shower before and after use.
⦁ No sun creame or other lotions to be worn.
⦁ No food drink, alcohol and glass items allowed.
⦁ Do not use the facilities if You have recently consumed alcohol.
⦁ No pushing or jumping into the jacuzzi.
⦁ Enter and exit with care.
⦁ Wear suitable attire.
⦁ No petting or horseplay.
⦁ Pregnant women, elderly persons or anyone with medical concerns should consult a doctor before using the facilities.
Hot tub/Sauna rules
You should not use the hot tub/sauna if You:
⦁ Have a serious illness, or have a heart condition, high or low blood pressure, or any other medical condition which may affect your reaction to heat – consult your doctor first.
⦁ Are taking medication for any of the above conditions or of which you are unsure as to the advisability of using hot tubs/saunas – consult your doctor first.
⦁ Have a contagious disease, infectious skin condition, open sores or wounds.
⦁ Have had a heavy meal within one and a half hours.
⦁ Are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
⦁ Are a child under the age of 4.
⦁ Have recently exercised. Time should be allowed to enable body temperature to return to normal levels.
Are You in one of these groups?
⦁ THE ELDERLY
The elderly are more susceptible to the effects of a hot tub/sauna and should therefore be extra careful.
⦁ CHILDREN
The body temperature of young children will rise much quicker than that of older children or adults using the hot tub/sauna due to their underdeveloped thermo-regulatory mechanisms. Children under the age of 4 should not use the hot tub. The amount of time spent in the hot tubs/sauna should be limited and they must replace lost fluids frequently. Adults must be aware of the dangers of heat stress in children and ensure from early indications of stress that they are not put at risk.
⦁ PREGNANT WOMEN
Pregnant women are advised not to use hot tubs/saunas or to seek medical advice before doing so.
⦁ DIABETICS
People with diabetes will need to check with their doctor before using the hot tub/sauna.
Children toys
If you have children, you can find PS-4 and some other toys in playing room in the basement.
If you let your children draw, please check that furniture and walls wouldn’t be marked. Thank you.
Playground rules
⦁ Do not use play equipment when wet.
⦁ Please use the play equipment safely.
⦁ No bare feet. Wear proper footwear.
⦁ Children MUST be supervised by an adult at all times.
⦁ No glass objects in the playground.
